Registration and Fees

Registration for 1st SEE LEADER Conference is OPEN

Benefit from the early bird registration fee until July 31st 2019.

Early bird registration fee is available until July 31st 2019.

Deadline registration for all participants - October 31st 2019. 

Practitioners (from Local Action Groups – all types, NRNs, Non-profit/Non-governmental Organizations, Managing Authorities, Implementing Bodies, Consultants and other local/regional or national development stakeholders) and Scholars who are not submitting papers, have to register individually via the Practitioners online registration form.

Every Local Action Group (all types) can exhibit one Cooperation project poster at one stand. Number of stands is limited. If you want to present your Cooperation project please register via SEE LEADER Networking Fair - Cooperation Projects Exhibition online registration form.

Authors and Students (Co-authors) who want to attend the Conference, have to register individually via the Authors online registration form. 

Accompanying Person have to register individually via the Practitioners online registration form.

IMPORTANT: After you receive automatic registration confirmation from online registration system, please, proceed with Accommodation booking.

General Terms and Conditions

Attending authors will have the possibility to register within the "Early Bird" deadline till July 31st, but will be billed after Abstract approval September 15th, and will have the possibility to use the "Early Bird" fees. 

Publishing authors not attending the conference will have the possibility to register within the "Early Bird" deadline till July 31st, but will be billed after Abstract approval September 15th, and will have the possibility to use the "Early Bird" fees.

  • Electronic Conference Book of Cooperation Projects Posters
  • Access to all Conference sessions, opening and closing ceremonies
  • Access to the SEE LEADER fair Networking area (including the Exhibition zones)
  • Access to the SEE LEADER office 
  • Free WiFi during the Conference period
  • Welcome Reception, Evening programme, Gala dinner, Study trip (Croatia or Slovenia)
  • Coffee breaks as indicated in the Programme (*other meals are included within Accommodation cost)
